The goals of the BHR Summer School

Understanding the main challenges concerning the intersection between business activities and human rights

Gaining knowledge about the role and obligations of States and of corporations

Acquiring awareness of recent and emerging human rights-related legislation regulating corporate activities worldwide

Understanding the principles about the access to effective remedies for victims of corporate-related human rights abuses
